WHO CAN POST A PRODUCT REVIEW?
Anyone can post a review about a product, when you are logged in with your MoodMineral Account. The requirement for this is that you actually bought the product. As a MoodMineral Inclusive member, you also receive points for posting a review.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?
For online order payment, we accept ArCa, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other Credit Cards that include a pin code, simply with a MoodMineral Gift Card. If you are shopping with a gift card, we encourage you to register it first. We cannot accept non-registered gift cards.Gift Cards may not be purchased with another Gift Card.
All prices shown on MoodMineral webshop include VAT.
CAN I PURCHASE BAREMINERALS GIFT CARDS?
MoodMineral Gift Cards are not available for purchase.
MoodMineral Gift Cards may be used for making purchases at MoodMineral.am. They are not redeemable at other MoodMineral retailers.
MoodMineral Gift Cards may be used multiple times. They cannot be returned or exchanged, are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law and policy.
DOES YOUR COMPANY TEST ON ANIMALS?
MoodMineral does not and has never conducted animal testing. We also do not work with any manufacturers that conduct animal testing. All of the products presented at MoodMineral webshop or at the showroom are comprehensively tested by all our suppliers who use the most technologically advanced methods available to ensure they are both innovative and safe to use.
DOES YOUR COMPANY ADHERE TO LABOR STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO CHILDREN?
Please be assured that MoodMineral does not do business with any domestic or foreign companies that use Child Labor.
WHICH MoodMineral PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF WHEAT, OAT, RYE AND/OR BARLEY DERIVED INGREDIENTS?
Our products do not contain ingredients derived from barley, oats, rye, spelt or wheat, which are commonly known sources of gluten. However, due to the wide range of raw materials and equipment used during the manufacturing of our products, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding gluten, and the ingredients contained in our product formulas, we recommend that you consult your physician.
DO YOU GUARANTEE THE ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER?
MoodMineral order process is automated to distribute products quickly and efficiently. We apologize, but once your order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. For more information, please visit our Delivery & Returns section.
The item(s) within your order including samples are not guaranteed for fulfillment. During the time of order processing, it will be determined whether an item(s) within your order needs to be cancelled due to stock availability issues. Should your order be cancelled, you will receive a refund for any unshipped product(s). Please note that cancelled item(s) including samples cannot be replaced with an alternative item(s) once the order has been processed.
SAMPLES
Samples are a way to try a product before purchasing and we offer a variety of sampling options that include gift with purchase, loyalty perks, and sample packettes that can be included in an order. All samples that are selected from our website must be accompanied by a product purchase as we do not send samples out individually or separately from an order.
Due to the high volume of orders being placed at this time, the sample you selected may be out of stock at time of shipping and you may receive different samples. We appreciate your understanding.

1. What is Subscription?
Subscription is a service where you can set up a newsletter subscription to receive the news about our select MoodMineral products at weekly or monthly frequency.
2. What is the advantage to Subscription?
With Subscription, you'll be updated about your favorite and MoodMineral new products.
3. Can I edit, cancel, or change the frequency of my Subscription?
Yes. To manage your Subscription at any time, sign into your account and go to Subscriptions in the My Account tab. You can cancel or edit the quantity and frequency of your Subscription.
4. Who do I contact if I experience issues placing or managing my Subscription?
You can manage your account by signing in and going to Subscriptions in the My Account tab or by contacting MoodMineral Customer Care team at info@moodmineral.am.
5. Can I change my method of payment for my Orders?
You can change, add or update your valid credit card information for an upcoming order from within My Account.
6. Can I edit the shipping address for an upcoming order?
Orders are shipped to the default billing and shipping addresses. You can edit this information up to 24 hours in advance of your next order by logging into My Account.
