Use | The eye shadow is applied using the 'crush, tap and push' technique. Using a regular eye shadow brush, the powder is crushed in the lid by rotating the brush with light pressure. Tap off the excess powder (tap) on the edge of the lid. Now apply the eye shadow with dabbing (push) movements. It is best not to stroke or wipe with the brush, because then the powder will fall off your brush. Use as Eye Liner You can also use the darker eye shadow colours as eyeliner. Place a small amount of eye shadow on a saucer. Add one drop of water to the powder. Then use an eyeliner brush and dip it in the eye shadow with water. Start by drawing a line on the outside of your eyelid. Do you want a natural look? Draw a thin line as close to the lash line as possible. For a dramatic look, you can apply a wider line a few times and repeat this for a more intense colour. Let it dry well before you continue with the make-up. |
