On top of that ABloom’s Hydrating Toner promotes and stimulates collagen production and reduces the signs of fine lines and wrinkles. The extracts from wild chamomile and lemon balm will work wonders on sensitive, irritated or sunburnt skin due to its soothing and calming properties.
