Use	Twist to reveal : Gently twist the bottom of the liner to reveal a small portion of the tip. Do not twist too far, the formula is soft and highly pigmented. Apply along the lash line : Starting at the inner corner of your eye, smoothly pull the eyeliner along your upper lash line for a clean, defined line. Create a winged look : For a bold wing, especially with black eyeliner, extend the line past the outer corner of your eye and pull it diagonally upwards towards the end of your brow. Start with a thin line and gradually thicken it for a perfect result. Blend or build in layers : For a smokey effect, gently blend the eyeliner with a small brush. Apply several layers for a more intense color. Close the cap tightly : After use, turn the eyeliner back and close the cap tightly to prevent it from drying out.
